Accepting the return of non-faulty goods from customers is at the discretion of the management and will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging together with a proof of purchase.
The return of non-stocked items or of goods with a limited shelf life (e.g. cement and post concrete) will not be accepted.
Returned goods shall be refunded using the same payment method by which they were purchased.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
